Reporting to the Manager, Compliance Training & Accreditation, the Compliance Training Support Specialist provides support to TRACE members utilizing TRACE Compliance Training. An integral member of the Compliance Training team, the Specialist is responsible for assisting in a customer service support role to TRACE members with a specific focus on the TRACE Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will be able to manage complex training site structures within the LMS, assisting with best practices within the site, as well as providing basic technical support to TRACE members utilizing the LMS. This individual will be detail-oriented, providing quality assurance reviews for TRACE branded courses while also helping to support the overall efficiency of the TRACE LMS through the use of analytics and member feedback. Possessing excellent communication, project management and customer service skills, the ideal person for this role will be multi-lingual, tech savvy, a quick learner, detail-oriented and welcome the challenge of working in an ever-evolving compliance and eLearning landscape.
