RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Monitor the Member Services inbox and respond to inquiries as appropriate (or direct to product managers and senior team members)  
• Manage day-to-day member administrative requests, including setting up Resource Center user accounts   
• Assist in the management of a large number of member accounts across regions  
• Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders  
• Assist in the execution of outreach campaigns and renewal efforts  
• Prepare data and presentations for meetings as needed  
• Assist in onboarding new members  
• Communicate with members by email and phone as needed  
• Schedule calls, meetings and product demonstrations for senior team members and product managers  
• Document and update all member related communications, information and data in HubSpot  
• Provide other administrative and business support for the Department   
• Where appropriate carry out other duties to assist in the overall performance of the team 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor degree preferred 
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience as an administrative/operations assistant or in a customer service capacity, preferably in a professional services environment  
• Fluent in MS Office and HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)  
• Strong oral and written communication skills  
• Professional demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, responding to inbound leads and responding to RFPs

Reporting to the Product Manager, Compliance Training & TRACEgifts, the Compliance Training & Course Development Specialist will provide support to TRACE members assisting with the implementation of TRACE course customizations and development requests. An integral member of the TRACE Compliance Training team, the ideal candidate for this role will possess experience in or have a background in education, course building or content development, be multi-lingual (Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.), tech savvy, a quick learner, detail-oriented and welcome the challenge of working in an ever-evolving compliance and eLearning landscape. The Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service and general training support role to TRACE members.   

This position requires one year of experience in content and course building, including manipulation of “out-of-the-box” courses to creating custom content as a whole. The Specialist will be comfortable managing several projects simultaneously possess strong communication, project management and customer service skills, welcome a changing pace and subscribe to TRACE’s commitment to excellence and the highest standards of service both internally and externally.   

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee the implementation of TRACE course customizations and development – including both course improvements as well as “from scratch” course developments 
• Maintain and update TRACE courses per member requests as well as to ensure relevance given evolving regulations 
• Assist with the testing and launch of TRACE and custom member courses within a Learning Management System (LMS) 
• Prepare custom training courses for members upon request 
• Work in collaboration and partnership with other team members and internal departments 
• Provide additional compliance training support to TRACE members as required

Reporting to the Manager, Compliance Training & Accreditation, the Compliance Training Support Specialist provides support to TRACE members utilizing TRACE Compliance Training. An integral member of the Compliance Training team, the Specialist is responsible for assisting in a customer service support role to TRACE members with a specific focus on the TRACE Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will be able to manage complex training site structures within the LMS, assisting with best practices within the site, as well as providing basic technical support to TRACE members utilizing the LMS. This individual will be detail-oriented, providing quality assurance reviews for TRACE branded courses while also helping to support the overall efficiency of the TRACE LMS through the use of analytics and member feedback. Possessing excellent communication, project management and customer service skills, the ideal person for this role will be multi-lingual, tech savvy, a quick learner, detail-oriented and welcome the challenge of working in an ever-evolving compliance and eLearning landscape.  

This position requires one year of experience actively working with a Learning Management Systems, or an equivalent online training platform. The Liaison will be comfortable managing several projects simultaneously, welcome a changing pace and subscribe to TRACE’s commitment to excellence and the highest standards of service both internally and externally.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Support delivery of specific member LMS site requests, including quality assurance of any eLearning courses in the site, both TRACE and custom courses, alike 
• Maintain and update TRACE member training sites. Knowledge of and refine skills of the TRACE Learning Management System 
• Assist with QA testing and launching of TRACE and custom member courses within a Learning Management System (LMS) and managing updates to any courses added to the system. Responsible for maintaining details within a CRM system, organizing and updating customer and member details 
•  Support members with training launches to efficiently meet member goals through host training site overview calls, creating specific guidance for members, and possible coordination with other TRACE partners to ensure training is completed at the highest rate 
• Maintain the workflow and structure of larger member accounts, provide additional outreach and needed to ensure their training goals are being met 
• Work in collaboration and partnership with other team members and internal departments 
• Manage possible translations of content within the Learning Management System and other online training related material

TRACE is a dynamic and growing international organization based in Annapolis, Maryland that provides practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for multinational companies. We are seeking a full-time Contracts Attorney to join our contracts team. This is an exempt position that will report to the Director of Operations. We will consider remote, hybrid, or in-office arrangements based on the candidate. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to effectively manage a high volume of contracts. This is a great opportunity to work on a broad range of projects across multiple departments and play a key role in supporting TRACE’s rapid growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Draft, review/redline, and negotiate contractual agreements of varying complexity (e.g. NDAs, amendments, membership agreements, purchase agreements, vendor agreements, data processing agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements, IT agreements, etc.) including identifying legal and business risks and notifying relevant TRACE stakeholders throughout the contractual review process; 
• Facilitate signature of approved contracts and process / file the fully executed versions in accordance with TRACE processes; 
• Assist with the completion of vendor forms and onboarding questionnaires; 
• Provide leadership and guidance to TRACE stakeholders related to legal and commercial terms and business risks; 
• Identify, communicate and escalate contract issues and material deviations from established contract guidelines; 
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of template agreements and operations-related processes and procedures; 
• Assist with contracts-related research; 
• Respond to ad hoc inquiries including identification, research, analysis, and evaluation of risks in order to provide appropriate legal advice;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited institution 
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in at least one U.S. state 
• At least 2 years of demonstrated significant experience in contractual review and negotiation concerning both legal and business issues 
• Ability to work effectively, manage complex projects and multi-task successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced and complex business environment
